House for stilling the mind in Japan
Setting a goal to create a space that would allow for quick release of mind, the architects Kubota Architect Atelier has designed the house project, all parts of which are made open to the outside.
The residence built in Hyogo Prefecture in Japan near the tops of the mountains — this place has long served for the construction of houses, merging with dense green trees and shrubs.
Space for life is created between inscribed in the slope of vertical walls and horizontal slabs. Each of the rooms of the residence stands in its own relation with nature, and the difference between them allows you to feel the latent infinity of the world, the boundaries of which are deliberately erased.
